SUMMER HEALTH CAMP

BENEFIT TO CHILDREN HELD FOR FOUR MONTHS [BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION] CKRISTCHUKCH, Tuesday The health camp at Rangiora, which opened on November 29, ended to-day. For a summer health camp in the South Island this constitutes a remarkable record. Over 220 children from all parts of Canterbury and the West Coast passed through the camp. Carefully-kept statistics show that each child gained from 21b. to 61b. in weight, and several instances were noted of children gaining from a quarter to one inch in height.
