COMPROMISE IN JAPAN POLITICAL CRISIS ENDED (Received March '27, f>.s p.m.) TOKIO, March '2(l The possibility of the Japanese Government's resigning over the Electricity Bill was mentioned by the Yomiuri Shimbun, which stated that a joint conference of both Houses was proceeding in an endeavour to smooth out their differences. The conference, however, finally reached a compromise which the Government accepted.
