DEMANDS OF.PARTY EFFORTS FOR AGREEMENT (Received March 27, 5..*; p.m.) LONDON, March 'ill Herr FTenlein announces that the Sudeten Germans intend to insist on a general election, and also local body elections, in order to show Czechoslovakia's exactly how matters stand, says the Prague correspondent of the Times. The present policy of the Government will have to be liquidated immediately, ho says. The new strength of the Henlein Party lias somewhat simplified the Government's Sudeten problem, because the pro-German support is now clear-cut. Dr. Ludwig Czech, the only German Minister who remained in the Czech Cabinet has resigned. The Premier, Dr. Hodza, conferred with Herr Kundt, a Sudeten German deputy, and is believed to have begun negotiations for a settlement.
