X-RAY EQUIPMENT
POWERFUL NEW MACHINE PURCHASE FOR MARLBOROUGH [bv telegraph—owx correspondent] • BLENHEIM, Friday The installation has been completed at the Wairau Hospital of powerful X-rav equipment authoritatively stated to be the best either in Australia or New Zealand at the present-time. The plant, which incorporates the latest discoveries and improvements, has been acquired by the Marlborough Hospital Board at a cost of £2OOO and replaces the obsolete machine which has been in service for many years. It was selected for the board by the medical superintendent of the hospital. Dr. T. Julian, during the visit he paid to England and Europe last year.
