WEEK-END ATTRACTIONS
CRICKET AT EDEN PARK DEVONPORT YACHT REGATTA An interesting list of week-end sporting attractions has been arranged. In the senior championship of the Auckland Cricket Association this afternoon the main game at Eden/Park will be the meeting of Eden, the championship leaders, and University. In the other games at Eden Park, Ponsonby will play Y.M.C.A. and Grafton will meet Parnoll. Lower grade competitions will be continued. The annual regatta of the Devonport Yacht Club will be held this afternoon, and races have been arranged for all classes. Combined cruising events will be conducted on the Manukau Harbour by the Manukau Yacht and Motor-boat Club and the Manukau Cruising Club. Further clubs will open the golt season to-day. Inter-club bowling competitions will be continued, and a programme of running and field events will be conducted at the Domain by tlie Auckland Amateur Athletic and Cycle Club.
