Radio Gossiper Sued
Constance Bennett recently filed another law-suit. She Wants £50,000 from the radio commentator, Jimmy Fidler, for alleged slander. Details of the sait reveal that Fidler told the country there .Was a feud between Constance Bennett and Patsy Kelly at the Hal Roach Studios, and that all the studio Workers sided with Patsy. Fidler says he will fight the action and adds: " In spite of denials from both Constance Bennett and Patsy Kelly that there Was any feud between the two, I am sure there uias." Now Constance Bennett has led the way, quite a lot of stars may be after the blood and money of the radio gossipers.
