NEW BRANCHES FORMED An address 011 the aims and objects of the National Party was civen in the Kumcu Hall on Monday night by Mr. J. T. Molloy, Auckland divisional organiser. Mr. J. Lambden presided over an attendance of about 50. It was decided to form a branch of tho party in Kumcu, Mr. Lambden being elected chairman. Members and supporters of the National Party in the Park Pond area of the Auckland East electorate met 011 Monday night in the Motljodist Schoolroom, Carlton Gore Road, for the purpose of forming a branch of the party in the district. A general committee was appointed with instructions to enrol new members.

MEETING AT TAKAPUNA FORMATION OF BRANCH Nearly 100 members and supporters of the National Party from tho Bayswater, Takapuna and Milford districts attended ;t meeting held at Takapuna last night. Dr. C. W. Parr presided, and Mr. T. G. Wilkes, Dominion organiser, and Mr. J. T. Molloy, Auckland divisional organiser, were present. After Mr. Wilkes had outlined tho aims of the party, it was decided to form a branch in Takapuna. Dr. C. W. Parr was appointed chairman, Mr. J. Vulger (Takapuna) and Mr. Ashby (Bayswater) joint secretaries, and a large and representative committee was elected. Delegates to the electoral committee were also appointed. Many new members of the party were enrolled.
