TWO MACHINES CRASH FOUR DEATHS IN AUSTRALIA r SYDNEY, March 14 Two flying tragedies occurred yesterday. Mr. Kevin Brest, aged 23, was killed when an aeroplane in which he was a passenger crashed in a paddock near Kempsey, on the north coast. The pilot was not injured. Mr. Eoy Grophior, aged 22, pilot, and two passengers, Mr. Karl Ostram, aged 23, and Miss Laurel Shiels, aged 27, were killed when an aeroplane crashed 12 miles from Adelaide. Miss Shiels was a former swimming champion of South Australia.
