FRESH INDICTMENT
GRAND JURY'S DECISION TRUST FUND INVOLVED FATHER-IN-LAW'S WILL (Received March 11, 9.20 p.m.) NEW YORK, March 11 A Grand Jury has indicted Richard Whitney for grand larceny. The specific charges against him include one of the misuse of a 100,000 dollars trust fund established under the will of his father-in-law, 3lr. George Sheldon.
