TROUT FISHING OFFENCES
[BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] TAUPO. Friday For fishing for trout without a licence in the Taupo area the following were convicted and fined by Mr. J. Miller, S.M., to-day:—Ernest Gotz, £5: W. G. Andrews, £5; James .Hughes. Russell Slianahan, £6. S. Rameka was fined £2 for having no licence and £2 10s for illegal barling on the Waikato River. M. Rameka was fined £2 10s for illegal harling on the same river.
