QUALITY OF FLOUR

IMPROVEMENT EXPECTED THIS SEASON'S WHEAT CROP [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN* CORRESPONDENT! I CHRISTCHURCK, Thursday The quality of the flour yielded by this season's wheat crop is expected to be better than for the past two seasons, according to Dr. F. W. Hilgendorfj director of the Wheat Research Institute, who states that the harvest is coming in very well.

"Although the wheat presented for moisture tests about a fortnight ago was in excellent condition," said Dr. Hilgendorf, "the hot and rather windless weather of tho last week or so has prevented the improvement being ok rapid as expected. The majority of tho lines now being presented, however, are either in quite good condition or else very close to it, indicating that they want only a day or two more on the farm before being delivered to the store." ,
