BRITISH COUNTER-ACTION FRENCH CO-OPERATION. LONE ON, Feb. 21 Now that Britain has decided to counteract foreign anti-British propaganda, France desires to act in concert with her. •* % M. Jacques Keyser, who controls the French overseas propaganda?;; department, will visit Sir Robert Vahfiitturt, who is in charge of British oversea publicity, and discuss the subject. He will point out the extent to which Italy and Germany are co-operating; in propaganda activities in the Mediterranean, South America, French and British icolonies and the Dominions, Britain will not be ready to enter into-detailed discussions until she has consolidated and extended her own i>ublicity, which at present is behind i;hat of France.
