ESTALL TURNS PROFESSIONAL E. Estall, holder of the Auckland amateur welter-weight championship, has decided to turn professional. He announces his willingness to meet any opponent in his class, preferably over eight rounds. Estall created something of a sensation when he defeated W. Purdie at the last Auckland championship tourney. CHAMPION DEFEATED SYDNEY. March 1 In a non-title boxing bout at the Sydney Stadium last night Mickey Miller (9st), Australian feather-weight champion, was defeated on points by Joe Hall (9st lib).
