WILFUL DAMAGE CHARGE
TWO MEN BEFORE COURT Charged with wilfully damaging an engine, the property of Seagar Brothers, to the extent of £97 10s, and stealing engine parte valued at £4 15s from the same firm, on February 13, Rcnnie Arthur Porter, aged 22, and Cyril .Alfred Porter, aged 19, both labourers, appeared in the Police Court before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., yesterday. On the application of Senior-Sergeant Calwell the accused were remanded for a week, bail being fixed at £IOO.
