GLASGOW PREPARATIONS (Received February 27, 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUG-BY, Feb. 26 The Government's pavilion at the Empire Exhibition in Glasgow will show the contribution which British brains have made toward the development of the world's big industries —shipping, iron, steel and coal. The exhibition, for which the guarantee fund amounts to about £750,000, will be divided into three parts —cultural, industrial and amusement.
