AIR RAID MENACE

" BLACK-OUT" IN GLASGOW LONDON, Feb. 25 An air raid "black-out" was carried out in Glasgow at 12.30 a.m. to-day when there was still considerable traffic in the city. All the street lighting was switched off. Volunteers, led by a woman, extinguished a fire at a house built in an isolated position for the occasion, on which an incendiary bomb exploded. Other experiments with high explosive bombs and gas bombs passed off successfully.
