The Auckland Gun Club held its annual elav-blrd championship meeting at Pakuraiitfft on Saturday, tho results being ns Seven Birds E.ve-opener.—E. Monteith, 13yds, K. H. Bartley, 34yds, E. P. Wells, 16yds, W. Turner, lßyds, A. E. Bobinson, 11yds L. Bedford, 14yds, each shot the possible. Clay-bird Championship, 21 birds off 18yds for the Hazard Memorial Silver Pheasant and club's trophy.—P. North nnd C. E. Hoiiee each shot tho possible. In the shootoff fiorth missed the 41st bird, Hodge securing his to win the title and trophies. B. Hanigan, G. C. Bovill and W. Turner each shot 20 birds. Ten-birds Handicap Match.—-E. P. Wells, 15yds, B. Hanigan,' 14yds, W. Turner, 18yds, each shot the possible.
