SOVIET ADMIRAL SHOT
ALLEGATSON OF TREACHERY (Received February 24, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 23 The Moscow correspondent of the Daily Telegraph states that the Soviet Commissar of War, M. Voroshiloff, lias revealed that Admiral Sivkov, Commander of the Baltic Fleet, was among "the traitors and spies who were wiped off the face of the earth." He added that the execution of traitors had greatly strengthened the armed forces of the Soviet.
