PETITION FOR DIVORCE
HUSBAND GRANTED DECREE An application by Harry Dutton (Mr. Buisson) for divorce from his wife, Viola Barron Dutton, on the grounds of separation, was heard before Mr. Justice Fair in the Supreme Court yesterday. Tho petitioner said he and his wife were married in June, 1927, and at his wife's request they went to live with her people. His wife was so attached to her people that it ultimately resulted in her neglect of himself, and relations became strained. Matters came to a head in 1930, petitioner continued, and tho parties separated. In March, 1931, his wife went to England with her mother, and had not since returned. In 1934 she wrote to say she was in straitened circumstances and ho cabled her a compassionate allowance of £lO. The Judge granted a decree nisi, to be moved absolute within three months.
