APPEAL FOR DISCIPLINE DR. INQUART'S BROADCAST NOISY DEMONSTRATION VIENNA, Feb. 22 The Minister of the Interior and Security, Dr. Inquart, in a broadcast appeal for the maintenance of order and discipline, issued an injunction to Austrian Nazis, saying that they must gain their ends by peaceful penetration.
