BRIDGE AFTERNOON
FUNCTION AT NORTHCOTE KINDERGARTEN COMMITTEE MAYORESS PRESENTS PRIZES An enjoyable card afternoon, organised by the committee of the Northcote Free Kindergarten, was held in the Returned Soldiers' hall at Northcote yesterday. The prize-winners were: Bridge, Mrs. J. T. Fearnley, Mrs.' T. G. Fielder and Mrs. F. (J. Swinbank; five hundred, Mrs. F. B. Gilfillan and Miss M. Stewart. The presentation of prizes was made by the Mayoress of Northcote, Mrs. 11. Martin. Among those present were: —Mrs. A. Cowie, Mrs. F. A a Skudder, Mrs. J. L. Hanna, Mrs. W. K. A.
