A CHARGE ADMITTED
Charged with unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl over the age of 12 and under the age of 10, at Kaipara Flats, about August 15, Malcolm George Neeley, farm labourer, aged 21 (Mr. Noble), appeared in the Police Court before Messrs. J. D. Paterson and Thomas Farrell, J.P.'s, yesterday. After evidence had been heard accused pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Bail was fixed fit £IOO.
