Fouhy, official Government secretary, dealing with the warrant, had been confirmed, the club oliapiain,' the Rov. Jasper Calder, in a short ceremony, blessed the colours. 'l'jicse were presented by Captain Sergeant and received by the commodore, •Sir. T. McKnight. At S a.m., w}?eri colours are always hoisted for the day, Mr. H.
