The electric speedway is being reopened to-night at the Civio Square. Patrons can drive themselves with perfect safety in tho miniature speed-cars that are provided at the speedway, and experience thrills while they are doing possible to indulge in oroadsiding," "side skidding" apd tail spinning," and great speeds can be attained in the miniature cars, .there is no risk of the drivers sustain'lflg amr injury.
