RECORD TONNAGE
MANCHESTER SHIP CANAL British Wireless RUGBY, Feb. 13 A record tonnage of toll-paying traffic used the Manchester Ship Canal in 1937, the total being 7,053,216 tons, compared with 6,373,308 tons in 1936.
