The track was in splendid order and the racing was again interesting. Crooning won the President's Handicap in fine style and Glen Abb took the honours in the Ohinemutu Hack Cup. H. N. W iggins, who rode the winner of the Hack Cup, was suspended for one month for interference to Sockette.s and Black Musk. The totalisator investments were £21,483, making a total for the meeting of £13,314, against £44,014 10s last year, a decrease of £670 10s.
