OSTEND RESERVE SCHEME
The Ostend Reserve scheme was discussed by members of the Ostend and Palm Beach Progressive Association and members of the Ostend Road Board at a meeting on Sunday, Mr. F. H. Brown, chairman of the board, presiding. It was decided to adhere to a scheme, already in operation, under which provision is made for a football field, tennis courts, a bowling green and an artificial lake, and to concentrate on the completion of the football field, which it is hoped will be ready ior the coming season.
