Leo Carrillo is acting as technical adviser on "The Gir) of the Golden West," as well as playing a part in it. His experience iu westerns earned him the iob. Ida Lupino is reported leaving Hollywood after refusing a four-page part supporting Dorothy Lamour in "Jungle Love." Ida will probably return to make a picture in England. Freddie Bartholomew is having another law-suit. Tho Myron Selznick agency is suing Freddie and his Aunt Millicent for alleged breach of contract to pay the agency 10 per cent of his earnings.
