MoIVOR GUP MEETING
CONTESTS AT OTAHUHU
Special contests for the two Mclvor Cnps were staged at Sturges Park by the Otaiiuhu Amateur Athletic Club on Thursday night when good fields closely contested the chief events. Keen competition was witnessed in the open half-mile run for which one of the trophies was awarded. A promising junior runner, R. Mansill, off 30yds, showed up strongly throughout and finished first with a good burst over the closing stages. The results were as follows: —
