RUSSIANS IN ARCTIC POSITION CAUSES ANXIETY MOSCOW, Feb. 4 .Reassuring messages from the four scientists marooned on the ice in the Arctic have heen picked up, stating: "All well. Situation improved." It is understood that, with tho storm subsiding and the temperature dropping, there is an increasing chance of the ice-floes freezing together again. The latest news from the scientists is that the floe has drifted a degree westward from Greenland. Their position is viewed with fresh anxiety although they are still continuing their observations.
