DROVER SENTENCED
FARMERS' WOOL STOLEN [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Friday " Apart from your previous record, tho present offences seemed to be quite deliberate," said Mr. Justice Johnston in the Supremo Court to-day at Hamilton, when sentencing Harry Leo Biggar, aged 32, a drover, • to nine months' imprisonment for stealing wool valued at £l3 from farmers at To Awamutu. His Honor said if it had _ not been for prisoner's previous convictions be would have admitted him to probation.
