ACTION AGAINST JEWS
PASSPORT PROHIBITIONS BANNING OF NEWSPAPER (Received January 30, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, Jan. 29 New police regulations forbid Jews to obtain passports to leave Germany unless they go for good. The Jewish newspaper Juedischo Rundschau, which recently pleaded for tho more lenient treatment of Jews, has been banned without explanation.
