REVUE SEASON
SUCCESSFUL PRODUCTION The enthusiastic response of the crowded house at His Majesty's Theatre to every number in "Hotsv Totsy," which was presented for the first time on Saturday night by tho Connors and Paul Revue Company was well merited. From the appearance of Edna Hardy with the Simkissed Beauties, Glamour Girls and company iu tho pretty ballet "Swing," to the highly diverting musical caprices ol the Four K's with piano, saxophone and violineello, the show moved at a dash-
ing pace. The drolleries of Mr. Syd Beck created an irresistible spirit of tun made still more infectious bv such clever fun-makers as Mr. Mike Connors, Mr. Cecil Scott, Miss Thelina Gollan, Miss Alma Aldous and Miss Fdna Cahill. The startling acrobatic display of "The Seven Flying Klmars" with their rubber bodied, midget, the clever tap dancing and eccentric numbers of the agile Davendo, the dexterous club juggling and hat throwing of the novelty artists Moran and Wciser, and the versatile musicianship of the Four K's with saxophone and piano-accordeon, provided excellent entertainment. Sustained applause was aroused by the "Dance Artistique" of Davendo and Paula. Though beautifully executed by Mademoiselle Paillette, the "Fan Dance" was marred by an objectionable feature at the end which might well be eliminated.
The dainty flocking and charming arrangement of ballets and song scenas were a tribute to the artistry of Miss Queenie Paul, and provided a beautiful setting for the remarkable combination of gaiety and entertainment presented in the revue.
