PUBLICATION RESUMED BERLIN. Jan. 27 Herr Streieher appears to have won his fight against the suppressors of his anti-Semitic weekly journal, Stuermer The special issue seized a week ago yesterday has been released, and is being sold throughout the country. There is no official explanation for its reappearance, except that some changes in the editorial staff have been made.
It was at first reported that Herr Streieher had resigned the editorship of Stuermer, remaining as owner and Eublisher, but it. is revealed now that e retains the chief editorship, but the editor responsible for the recent article attacking the Government has resigned
