STRICT STEPS IN ROME ROME, Jan. 27 The police are taking tho strictest measures to ensure the safety of Herr Hitler during his visit to Rome in tho spring. Janitors of buildings throughout Rome have already been instructed to report the arrival of new tenants within 24 hours instead of the normal three days. „
