BRITISH MINESWEEPER (Received January 28. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 27 Tho British minesweeper Hazard on entering Portland Harbour struck thp breakwater and had to be towed to her moorings in the dockyard. The Admiralty states that as far as can be ascertained only superficial damage was done. Unofficial sources state that five airtight compartments wero stove-in.
