ARREST RECOMMENDED
SAN FRANCISCO COMMUNIST (Received January 28, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON. Jan. 27 The Minister of Labour, Miss Frances Perkins, discloses that the Seattle district office of the immigration service has recommended the arrest of Harry Bridges, the San Francisco Communist. The Labour Department is now investigating to see whether sufficient evidence exists for the issue of a deportation warrant.
