Charming People
''All The To-morroWs," by Richard Starr, is a novel that makes very pleasant readfng. Though it tells of crooked financial dealings, the repercussions of these bring certain interesting people together. Their relationships, the way in which each meets life's problems, and finally, the opening or closing of the door to the future for all of them sustains the interest. It is the essentially human qualities of the characters that give the book Us appeal. "All The To-morrows," by Itichard Slarr (Jenkins).
