HAMILTON ARRANGEMENTS
PROVISIONAL DATES FIXED [from OUR OWN CO Hit f.spondknt ] HAMILTON, Friday The provisional dates of tho Royal Show, which is to be held in Hamilton this year, were fixed for October 27, 28 and 29 ut a meeting of the Waikato Agricultural and Pastoral Association executive. The chairman, Mr. R. A. Hintcn, presided. Entries aro expected to be greatly in excess of those at past shows, and provision for many more animals will be made. In the dairy cattle section, accommodation will bo prepared for 350 cattle, compared with 250 at tho last Royal Show. A successful canvass of Waikato farmers was made recently by members of tho executive, and resulted in 340 new members being enrolled. Tho sum of £125 has also been raised for the Royal Show fund.
