COLLISION IN CITY
TRAMCAR AND TRUCK A collision in which a tram-car and a transport truck were involved occurred in Customs Street East at the Gore Street intersection ?it about 2.45 yesterday afternoon. The steel apron of the tram was ripped off and a considerable amount of damage was done to the front of the tram. The operating mccliauism and the air-brake, however, were not damaged. Part of the flooring of the truck was embedded in the front of the tram. Nobodv was hurt.
