ESPIONAGE CHARGES
TWO GERMANS SENTENCED BERLIN, Jan. -27 A military tribunal sentenced two Germans, Wilheltn Merkor and his brother-in-law, Karl Junger, to five and 10 years imprisonment respectively. Both were banished for 20 years for spying.
Merker was secretary of the German military tribunal at St. Quentin during the Great War.
