YESTERDAY'S SALES RETURN ON INVESTMENTS Following is a list of yesterday's transactions on the New Zealand Stock Exchanges ami the yield at the quoted price. The exchange premium on dividends payable in sterling is included. The yield on -t per cent Government loans includes redemption, and on -'}} per cent tax-free loans is for interest alone, covering only the tax-free period.

MOUNT MORGANS FIRMER
NORTH BROKEN HILLS WEAK
More firmness in Mount Morgans was a feature of the mining market on the Auckland Stock Exchange yesterday, when conditions continued, to he fairly quiet. After a sale of Mount Morgans Id in advance of recent rates, the market weakened slightly, but an additional sale was still at Wednesday's steadier levels. There was a further fluctuation in quotations for North Broken Hill and a sale at 54s was Is below the previous sale. Oilers for Marthas rose during the day. Closing quotations were: —
