THE ROYAL SQUADRON THREE HARBOUR EVENTS MACKY MEMORIAL TROPHY The Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron will hold three harbour races for keel yachts and one for class M (18 footers) this afternoon. All events will start and finish off Bang's Wharf. The first division will compete for the Macky Memorial Trophy and £lO donated by Dr. F. Macky and Mr. N. L. Macky; the second division for Mr. M. K. Draffin's prize of £5 and the third division for Mr. Justice Northcroft's prize of £5. The starting times are as follows: fcirst division yachts (A class), 2.30 p.m.; second division (B class), 2.20 p.m.; third division (C class), 2.10 p.m.; M class, 2.45 p.m. The following entries have been received: First Division.—Tawera, Ngatoa, lorangi, Little Jim, Victory, Waione, TamaSecond Division.— Mairangi, Waione. XTnrinita Maratea Mann, Mercedes, Manoa. will be declared at noon to-day. POINT CHEVALIER CLUB The Point Chevalier Sailing Clnb will hold two races to-morrow, starting at the clubhouse at 11.30 a.m. The first race will be sailed by lady skippers and the second by junior members. OTAHUHU SAILING CLUB The Otahuhu Sailing Club will hold a cruising race this afternoon, starting off the clubhouse, Tamaki River, at 2.15 o'clock. The event will be over the usual course, round buoy off Mr. H. H. Partridge's house, finishing off Buckland's "Wharf.
