TWO MONTHS' IMPRISONMENT [BY TELEGRAPH —PBKSS ASSOCIATION J WELLINGTON. Thursday Two months' imprisonment was imposed on Charles William Fittes, aged 20, labourer, by Mr. J. G. L. Hewitt, S.M., on charges involving tlio theft of goods to tho value of £67. He was charged with tho theft on various dates of a quantity of clothing, a lady's handbag, ornaments and tools, of a total value of £45, from J. R. McKenzie, Limited, and a quantity of electric iron immersion heaters, soldering irons and electrical equipment, of a total value of £22, from tho National Electric Company. The police offered no evidence on a further charge of thefts from McKenzies' to the value of £7 18s and this charge was withdrawn.
