TWO APPOINTMENTS (Received January 20, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY. Jan. 10 Group-Captain A. A. Orlebar, who was in charge of the British Schneider Cup teams in 1929 and 1931, has been appointed to command the Royal Air Force station at Northolt. Squadron-Leader B. H. Stainforth, who attained the air speed record Of 400.5 miles an hour in 1931, hns been appointed to.command No. 30 Bomber Squadron at Dhibban, Irak.
