CRICKET AT BRISBANE • INTER-STATE MATCH (Received January 10, 9.40 p.m.) BRISBANE, Jan. 10 In the Sheffield Shield cricket match against Queensland to-day, South Australia in the first innings scored 398 runs (Williams, not out 75; Grimmett, 46). Cook took four wickets for 62, C. Christ three for 99, and Dixon two for 85. Queensland in the first innings made 192 (Tallon, 48; Baker, not out 70). Brown, who was injured yesterday, did not bat. Cotton took .four -wickets for 38, Grimmett three for 42. South Australia in the second innings made 37 for one wicket (Bradman, not out 20)
