CONSTITUTION OF BOROUGH Xo objections having been received by the Department of Internal Affairs to the proposed constitution of the borough of Papakura, the Papakura Town Board decided last night to appoint ' the clerk as returning officer and to instruct him to prepare a roll of electors. Mr. E. McEntee presided. •, The board decided to suggest to the department that if the new constitution be approved it should come into effect as from April 1, so that the extra expense of a dual audit might be avoided.
