CHARGES AGAINST YOUTH
A mill hand, Earlo Shilton (Mr. Aekins), aged 19, appeared before Mr. W. It.. MeKean, S.M., in the Police Court ■yesterday, charged with assaulting ana indecently assaulting a young woman, aged 21, in Albert Park on December 19, Accused pleaded not guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. Bail was fixed at £SO.
