JAPAN'S PREPARATIONS £300,000 GRANT , MADE (Received January 4, 5.5 p.m.) TOKIO, Jan. 3 The Japanese Government has allocated a sum of £'300,000 for the organisation of the Olympic Games. The erection of the %adium will be begun shortly.
