ENGAGEMENTS

The engagement is announced between Irene, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. Barnes, Green Street, Papakura, and Harold John, elder son of the late Mr. and Mrs. M. Waite, *Papakura.

Mr. and Mrs. J. Boyd, of Rukuhia, Hamilton, announce the engagement of their only daughter, Joan Laureen, to Ivan Armstrong, younger son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Glimmer, of Burnsall. Pokeno Valley.

The engagement is announced between Elsie Beatrice, only daughter of the late Mr. J. C. C. Gebbie, Gebbie's Valley, Banks Peninsula, and Douglas Warren, youngest son of Mrs. E. S. Kemp, of Glen Massey, Ngaruawahia.
